マンハッタンを衛星で撮影し、ニューヨーカーのファッションをドットで表した時、ユニクロのダウンを着る人々のパーセンテージがどのくらいか。デジタル統計学で検証すればもっと正確なデータが出るかもしれないが、ダウンを着ている人々の半分くらいがユニクロといっても過言ではない。それほどあのビビッドカラーのダウンは目立つのだ。
